In our never ending crusade to try and reduce and simplify our invoices we have decided that effective from the 1st July 2018 we will now combine cartage, cartage fuel surcharge, tolls, time slot fees and sideloader access fees into one line on our invoice called “cartage”. The amount now listed against cartage will represent the total cost for transport of the container. At this stage we will trial the new system on FCL/FCX containers only and if successful will implement for LCL and airfreight as well.
