The Fair Work Commission (FWC) hearings are still on going in this dispute, but the Commission has advised overnight that the planned lockout for today will not proceed.

The hearings in this matter will continue and hopefully the FWC will be able to resolve this dispute as quickly as possible, so that both parties can move forward and continue normal operations.

But the good news at the moment is that the planned lockout for today will not happen, so all our ports can continue working as normal for the time being.
